According to the Consumer Code, subject to certain exceptions, the consumer customer who purchases a distance (and therefore also on our website) or negotiated off-premises, has the right to terminate the purchase contract without having to provide any reason.


Consumer Customers are private citizens who purchase a product or service solely for personal use and not for business, professional or entrepreneurial purposes.


The right of withdrawal is not exercisable by professional customers and/or companies with VAT.


The Right of withdrawal provides for the total reimbursement of expenses incurred by the consumer for the purchase of that product except having to return the goods at his own expense to the address that will be communicated by us.


Withdrawal is not possible in the following cases:


1) If the customer is a professional and/or a company with a VAT number;

2) If the products have been customized for the customer and/or made to measure;

3) In case the products are not returned intact, in perfect condition, and complete with original packaging and all elements and components of that product;

4) If the products are soiled and/or washed and/or deteriorated and/or modified in any way.

5) In the case of deliveries of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that has been opened after delivery;

6) in the case of the supply of digital content through non-material support if the performance and 'started with the express agreement of the consumer and with his acceptance of the fact that in this case would have lost the right of withdrawal.

7) In the case of contracts concluded at a public auction;

8) In the case of supplying products that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

9) In the case of delivery of goods that are sealed or not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery (e.g. underwear, swimwear, earphones, etc.)

If the Product for which the withdrawal has been exercised has suffered a decrease in value resulting from a handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and operation of the Product, the refund amount will be reduced by an amount equal to this decrease in value. WeppyShop will notify the client of this circumstance and the consequent decrease in the refund amount by e-mail, providing the same, if the refund has already been paid, the means of payment of the amount due by the client due to the decrease in value of the Product.

The right of withdrawal ends 14 (fourteen) calendar days from:

(a) In the case of service contracts, from the day of the conclusion of the contract;

(b) in the case of contracts for the sale of products, from the day on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the consumer, acquires physical possession of the goods or:

-  ) in the case of multiple goods ordered by the consumer in one order and delivered separately, from the day on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the consumer, acquires physical possession of the last good;

-  2) in the case of delivery of goods consisting of multiple lots or pieces, from the day on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the consumer, acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece;

-  3) in the case of contracts for the periodic delivery of goods during a specified period, from the day on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the consumer, acquires physical possession of the first good;


The procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal is explained below:

a) REQUEST THE RETURN: within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the material and as indicated above, the customer must fill out the appropriate form or send an email to indicating their willingness to terminate the contract for one or more products received indicating:

O The complete personal data of the person who placed the order;

O Order number and date;

O Code/SKU and description of the product(s) you wish to return;

O Total amount for which reimbursement is requested;

o If the Customer has paid by bank transfer, the same must also indicate the IBAN code, SWIFT/BIC, and the exact name of the bank account to which we will make the refund transfer;

o If the customer has paid through PayPal or other electronic means that provide for the use of credit cards, the customer will receive a refund using the same method of payment chosen by him at the time of the order, unless otherwise expressly requested;

b) PRINT THE LABEL: WeppyShop will send the Client a pdf with the label to be applied on the package and the instructions for the return. If the customer cannot print the label, he must copy it perfectly and legibly.


c) PREPARE THE PACKAGE: The customer must prepare the package by carefully packing the product, seal it by removing any labels of previous shipments, and apply to the outside of the package visibly the label we sent.


d) SHIP THE PACKAGE: Ship the package at your care and expense to the address provided by us on the label.


e) WAIT FOR REFUND: our company will make the refund within 14 calendar days from the date of the withdrawal request or from the date on which it receives at its warehouses the returned material. The refund will include the cost of the product and the cost of the standard shipment offered by us even if the Customer has chosen a faster and/or more expensive shipment.

Attention: if a customer should mistakenly send the returned goods to our registered office or a different address from the one communicated by us, he will clearly have to provide at his care and expense to the management of the shipment and/or the recovery of the material so that the delivery takes place at the correct address.

The goods that the customer will want to return to us travel at the risk of the same. If these goods are lost or arrive damaged, our company reserves the right to refuse to refund them and the Customer will have to recover the non-refundable material at his own expense within 14 days from the date on which our notice was sent. If the customer does not take back the goods after these terms, he will have to pay us the monthly storage charges and/or the dismantling charges that will be sent to the customer in advance by email.
