HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Buying on WeppyShop.com is easy and safe. We have a very low rate of returns and we always take care to handle every situation as best we can but obviously, sometimes unintentional issues of various kinds can happen.
Should you experience any problems with the delivery, the packaging, the goods received, or the product, we are here to assist you as best we can and solve your problem as quickly as possible.
You have mainly 2 return options available to you:
1) Return for goods received defective (NB: read well below what to do and what to indicate to the courier when you receive the goods)
2) Return for reconsideration: the "Right of Withdrawal" reserved for consumer customers that allows you to return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt. Read well below the details and procedures.
1) RETURN FOR GOODS RECEIVED DEFECTIVE
The customer who finds a defect on the material received is required to give us notice no later than 2 days from receipt of goods. Beyond this date, it will no longer be possible to make any complaint and/or to consider any request for refund or reproduction.
Our company will respond to the Customer within 2 working days after receiving the communication from the Customer.
If our company will grant the customer the defect, it will take care of withdrawing the material received damaged and provide to send another one as soon as possible or if this will not be possible and/or of interest to the customer, it will refund the total or partial amount within 14 days from the date in which the resolution of the problem is defined.
Apart from requesting a replacement or refund, the Customer relieves our Company from any further responsibility and cannot claim any economic and/or image and/or industrial damage.
PLEASE NOTE: UPON RECEIPT OF THE MATERIAL
At the time of delivery of the goods, the customer or the consignee of the shipment appointed by him is required to:
- verify that the number of packages received coincides with those indicated by the carrier. If the courier is delivering a different number from the correct one, you are obliged to immediately inform the carrier and indicate in writing, on the paper or electronic receipt (such as PDA) the difference found. If this is not reported to the carrier, our company will have no way to object to the courier, and consequently, we can refuse to accept a refund request and/or return.
- externally check each package taking great care to see if there are any signs of possible knocks or handling such as bumps, dents, holes, boxes in poor condition, tape applied by the courier (meaning they repacked an open package or fixed a damaged package) or any other sign that may lead you to suspect that the goods may have been damaged.
It is compulsory to leave a signature on the courier's delivery note, whether on paper or on a handheld computer (PDA) "PACKAGE VISIBLY DETERIORATED - SIGN WITH RESERVE OF CHECK" if these signs are present. Failure to sign a package with this wording and then submit photos showing that there was visible damage on the same, maybe grounds for rejection of any request for return or refund.
